RAVI KUNDURU

Founder & President

Through an Intelligent and Smart entrepreneurial lens, Ravi Kunduru, our Founder & President, brings a unique mixture of business acumen with technical expertise in the Information Technology (IT) industry to lead Ventech. Ravi is our visionary leader who brings a perfect blend of strategic and tactical skills. He is responsible for corporate strategies, globalization, corporate relationship, marketing and sustaining our unique company culture.

HERB JONES

Chief Executive Officer

Herb Jones assumed the CEO role of Ventech Solutions in 2008 and has led the transformation of the company from a commercial services company to a public sector prime contractor in State and Federal civilian and DoD agencies.

During Herb’s 36 year technology career, he has led numerous technology companies, public and venture capital backed start-ups. He has held the leadership positions of Worldwide Vice President of Sales, General Manager of

Southern European Operations and CEO of three companies.

Additionally, he is an entrepreneur having founded or owned two companies and experienced successful exits with three other technology firms. Among the companies in his career are AT&T, Legent Corporation, Alta Analytics, Softek and Endforce, Inc.

DALE CAFFALL, PHD, MBA, PMP

Chief Delivery Officer

Dale Caffall, a U.S. Navy Veteran, enhances our team by bringing extensive technical and business acumen from his more than 20 years of experience managing complex, mission critical IT programs for the Department of Defense, NASA and JPMorgan Chase.

As our CDO, Dale is responsible for product and service outcomes ensuring we deliver on the Ventech Promise. He leads programs with four desired outcomes in mind: utmost customer satisfaction; efficient and effective processes; increased value delivery; and a motivated, equipped and empowered workforce. Dale’s education- a Doctorate and Master’s degree in software engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration – helps provide exceptional insight and ability as our Chief Deliver Officer.

Dale also maintains Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and DoD Level III certification in Systems Planning, Research Development, Engineering and Test and Evaluation.

RAJA KRISHNAMURTY

Director, Widget Factory

With over a decade of tenure at Ventech, Raja Krishnamurthy has been essential to our team, providing incredible technical knowledge, out of the box thinking and always going beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.

As our Director of Widget Factory, he is primarily responsible for bringing innovation to programs and projects at Ventech, and continuously promoting innovation as our way of life. He has a Masters in Computer Application, is a TOGAF 9 certified Enterprise Architect and has achieved Microsoft certifications like MCSD, MCTS (Dynamics AX), MCDBA.

JOHN M. (MIKE) CARRIER

Chairman

Mike Carrier, a retired U.S. Air Force Officer, is an accomplished professional with extensive corporate business experience and executive level leadership. As our Chairman and corporate growth executive, he leads the company’s business strategy, development and provides strategic guidance, and direction across all corporate business activities. He actively manages corporate strategy, the corporate pipeline, analyzes corporate forecasts for lines of business and leads the positioning of Ventech Solutions for future markets and growth. Mike previously served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Ventech Solutions.

He brings an invaluable broad base of experience in business strategy, federal contracting, consulting and systems integrations, including commercial, civilian and government agencies, DoD, and intelligence markets. He brings in-depth experience in DoD acquisition and has served in varying executive capacities with large commercial businesses such as SafLink, CACI, NCI, American Management Systems, CDSI, Robbins Gioia and others. Prior to joining Ventech, Mike led Paragon Technology Group, Inc. on an unprecidented growth path, serving as the lead business executive on its highest priority and strategic engagements. He led bid strategies, pricing, teaming and proposal strategies, growing the corporation from $3 million per year in 2006 to $43 million per year in 2011.

Mike has a B.S. in Aviation Sciences from Troy State University and an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

ROB DOONE

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Doone, our Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for finance, legal and

strategic initiatives at Ventech. Rob brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector working in both publicly traded and venture capital backed organizations. His roles have ranged from President and Chief Operating

Officer to CFO and other various senior finance and operations positions.

Rob most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of a third party logistics business unit of a Fortune 20 healthcare services corporation. He began his career in public accounting and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame

CHRIS STEIN

Director, Talent Management & IT Services

With nine years of tenure at Ventech, Chris Stein holds the unique role of Director of Talent Management and IT Services. In this highly specialized position overseeing two divisions, Chris creates and implements the talent management infrastructure, integrated framework and strategies to supportthe organization. Additionally, Chris is crucial to our IT Services division, where he develops project scope, goals and strategic plans for delivering company products and services to our clients.

Chris has 20 years of combined management experience in various industries including insurance (Nationwide), technology hardware (Bottom Line Computer), managed care (CareWorks and Health Management Solutions), higher education (DeVry University and ITT Technical Institute) and IT (Robert Half Technology and Ventech). Chris holds certificates in: Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors, Covey Leadership Center, Inc., The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Kaset International Program, Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations, Certificate of Professional Development, Sales Workshop for Admissions Personnel offered by The Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools.

MICHAEL CZYZEWSKI, PMP

Director, Solution Delivery

Michael Czyzewski is a seasoned professional with an exceptional experience portfolio spanning more than 23 years and representing a multi-faceted depth inclusive of program and project management, as well as, senior level developer. As Director of Solution Delivery, Michael is responsible for the overall program, planning and strategic direction of our federal sector projects.

Michael maintains his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Projection Management Institute (PMI), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate.
