Consolidation and modernization of the current (legacy) Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program IT systems, which includes the Air Force SBIR/STTR database, Purchase Request Module (PRM) for automated forms, Topic Submission Module (TSM) for topic development, submission review and sponsor topic collaboration, proposal evaluation site and the Air Force SBIR/STTR site.
